In this position, Jefferies will initially focus on familiarizing himself with the various functions and distinctive culture of the company. He will collaborate with other leaders Eddie Ragsdale, Superintendent, and Henry Reed, Assistant Superintendent, in overseeing the comprehensive operations of Memphis Stone & Gravel through the lens of the family of companies’ core values.

Other responsibilities will include coordination of day-to-day production schedules, overseeing both plant inspection and maintenance adherence, actively contributing to the team’s overall safety culture, and much more. Jefferies joins the team with more than 34 years of service in the industry.
